Insurance
Dental Insurance Coverage:
As a service to our patients, our office accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO. Your specific insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be. And we will submit all dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Eventhough the insurance company may pay for part or all of the treatment cost, you are responsible for your total obligation (unpaid balance) should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

Medical Insurance Coverage:
Eventhough some procedure may be convered by medical insurance, we do not participate directly with your medical insurance company. If any claim is to be filed to medical insurance company, it was be claimed as service provided by out of network provider. All claims for sleep apnea treatment can only be billed to medical insurance. We will make all reasonable attempts to file claims for procedures completed, but no guarantees can be made as to if, how much, or when claims will be paid.
